2. Data Processing and Storage
We process your data securely and ensure that appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place. Any third-party sub-processors we use are also required to be fully GDPR compliant.
3. Data Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, iCRMSoftware will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
